 Lucky steel Pre-painted products are manufactured using superior quality of substrate material, produced with latest technology. Our highly contemporary chemical treatment process augments paint addition and corrosion resistance properties of the products. Epoxy / PU / Polyester / RMP/ SMP/ PVDF resins are applied by reverse coating technology and baked in an advanced Premium Quality Oven.

Pursuing to the JIS, ASTM, EN, IS Standards, we are committed to accomplish the needs and expectations of our customers by consistently providing excellent service, superior quality and innovative Pre-painted products.

Our Pre-Painted Coils are made from the finest quality cold rolled steel coils, which are coated with protected metallic coating and multiple layers of organic coatings. This augments paint adhesion and corrosion resistance properties of the product.

We ensure packing of the products to the customer’s best satisfaction while handling, transport and delivery.

Packing as per your specification can also be provided.
