Pre-galvanized square pipe/tube is a hollow strip steel, a large number of used for conveying fluid pipe, such as oil, natural gas, water, gas, steam, etc., in addition, doing bending and torsional strength phase at the same time, the weight is lighter, it is widely used in the manufacture of machinery parts and engineering structures. Also commonly used for the production of various kinds of conventional weapons, barrel, shells, etc.

Production process:

(1) General boiler tube temperature under 450 ℃, the domestic pipe mainly use 10, 20 carbon steel hot rolled or cold drawn tube manufacture.

(2) High pressure boiler tubes are often in high temperature and high pressure conditions, when using the pipe under the action of high temperature flue gas and water vapor, oxidation and corrosion will happen.Requirements of steel pipe with high rupture strength, high oxidation corrosion resistance, and have good organizational stability.
